UPAY Sign Up Sight Visits to Save Our Contract

NOTE: From Monday, August 18, until September 19, the Local 199 Union Hall at 4349 NW 36th Street, Miami Springs, will be closed due to electrical repairs and state building updates that need to be performed. 

Local staff is working temporarily out of the following locations:

  • Miami Dade Animal Services Department, 3599 NW 79th Ave, Doral
  • Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Headquarters, 3505 NW 107 Ave, Doral
  • AFSCME Florida Council 79, 700 S Royal Poinciana Blvd, Miami Springs

Please visit any of these locations if you need immediate assistance from staff or if you would like to sign up with UPay in person.

    • Corrections IA - 8:30am
    • Libraries-9:30am to 5pm
    • Empowerment Center - 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
